• This portal ensures that student medical clearance and administrative compliance tasks are met before a student or visiting academic faculty can rotate at Northwell Health.
• This portal should only be used by the school program coordinators (faculty) who communicate with Northwell Health team members and not the students themselves.
• Disclaimer: Prior to entering any student information into the Northwell Health student rotation clearance portal, please be sure that you have contacted the appropriate Northwell Health student site coordinator or preceptor to confirm that the number of available placements/rotations aligns with the number of students you will be entering into the portal.
• Please note: If the number of students entered exceeds the number of placements/rotations available, Northwell Health cannot guarantee placements, nor be responsible for identifying new placements, for those students who are entered beyond the specified number of available placements/rotations.
